Migrating from P3 to P6

Primavera 6.0 (P6) delivers all of same great scheduling power that you have come to expect from P3, plus:

• Centralized Project Information
• Flexible Planning and Control
• Improved Standard Operating Procedures
• Advanced Resource and Cost Management
• Workgroup Collaboration

Please take a moment to review your options to migrate from P3 to P6. All P3 customers under current maintenance are eligible to take advantage of one of the options.

Give P6 a try, and within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied, contact us. The current maintenance expiration date of P3 carries over to new P6 licenses.

Desktop/Small Workgroup Environments

For customers with limited web capabilities:

Option : Exchange (1) license of P3 for (1) free named-user license of P6 Client Only license.

 

Departmental/ Enterprise Environments

For customers requiring a more complete solution, including:

• Web project management
• Resource management and portfolios
• Dashboards
• Portfolio and Capacity Planning

Option 1: For an additional $1000 per exchanged license of P3, receive a concurrent-user license of P6 for a maximum of (5) concurrent users per server.

All other licenses will be exchanged at $895 for named-users licenses.

Option 2 (Recommended): Work with Primavera your sales executive to trade-in existing P3 licenses for credit towards the purchase of new P6 software.

Please note that the above options are the currently offered options for the P3 to P6 migration program, and they are subject to change without prior notice.
