Cancellation Policy
Pre-registered attendees may cancel their European User Meeting registration in writing prior to Friday 14th November 2008, to receive a full refund. Although there will be no refunds after Friday 14th November 2008, another person may be substituted with no penalty (see substitution policy). Please fax cancellation requests directly to Primavera at +44 (0) 20 8563 5540. Cancellation requests received after Friday 14th November 2008, as well as "no-shows" will be subject to the full registration fee.
